We collect account information (email, name), contract content you create, signer information, and usage analytics. We do not sell your data.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide the service: storing contracts, sending signing invitations, processing payments, and improving the product. We use AI processing (via third-party providers) only when you explicitly request it.
3. Data Security
Contract documents are stored encrypted at rest and transmitted over TLS. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. We perform regular security audits.
4. Third-Party Services
We integrate with Supabase (auth), Stripe (payments), DocuSeal (signing), and AI providers. Each has its own privacy policy. We only share data necessary for the service to function.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature.
