2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use Signary for personal or commercial contract management. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy the materials.
3. Electronic Signatures
Signary facilitates electronic signature workflows compliant with applicable e-signature laws (ESIGN, UETA, eIDAS, etc.). You are responsible for ensuring that your use of electronic signatures meets all legal requirements in your jurisdiction.
4. User Obligations
You agree not to use Signary for illegal purposes. You are solely responsible for the content of contracts you create and for obtaining any necessary consents from signers.
5. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
